"The Faust Hotel bar is incredible. The bar is beautiful and the service is impeccable. Jericho is a wonderful bartender with unparalleled attention to detail. He always remembers your drink order. The manager Vincent acknowledges everyone. He walks around and talks to everyone and makes you feel like a welcome friend. I adore him! Avery is incredible and always treats you like a valued close friend. The Faust bar is our new favorite! If you haven’t been there, shame on..."

She was so attentive, and knowledgeable. You can tell she really cares about her tables! 10/10 Recommend the restaurant, and Cameron. We will be back! Make sure you ask for Cameron when dining here!"

Food is amazing, would be hard pressed to find a better meal in any major city or foodie location. Bar fun and lively, great outdoor space too. Convenient access from San Antonio or Austin, and Uber/Lyft good way to get there and around inexpensively, if do not want a car rental. Walkable town, some good running and hiking/walking if that is your thing, cute shops."

Blake Hope was the gentleman that provided us an overview of the Fouse Hotel and was gracious and highly professional in the renovations and what has taken place. It's obvious to me that this gentleman takes a lot of pride in his job and what he represents and is a good match for the Fouse Hotel, and I've never met this man before. We have family coming in from out of state, and we definitely,..."

Crafted to retain its vintage feel is appreciated. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. However, it’s shocking to learn you must spend $39 to park your vehicle. No discount, no parking validation. Restaurant patrons get their vehicles registered. Hotel guests… they must pay for parking. It makes no sense to force..."

We enjoyed the coffee out of real cups instead of paper cups. However, there were some issues. The elevator was not working and neither was the TV. We were woken up at 7 AM by construction on the upper floors. The front desk staff needed to be more knowledgeable about the..."

The Bar is my favorite room with the fireplace, beautiful chandelier and dusty blue barstools. The new restaurant is gorgeous and the food is as enticing as the hotel with new flavors and bold interpretations. Nothing mundane or boring coming out of the kitchen at Wilhelm and Werner. Chef Adam is a master at..."
